Do quotes expire?

Yes. Quotes are based on freight class, dimensions and weight, but pricing is also subject to fuel price fluctuation. Due to fluctuating fuel costs, a rate or quote is only considered valid for 24 hours. In order to lock in the discounted rate, the details of your shipment need to be 100% accurate and the shipment needs to be booked within 24 hours of receiving your quoted rate.

Do I need to be present at pickup?

Someone who is authorized to sign over the shipment and Alpha Trans Shipping LLC must be present at the time of pickup. If the driver arrives at the pickup location and either the freight is not ready or there is no one available to sign the Alpha Trans Shipping LLC, he/she will not normally wait. Discrete packaging

When you order at All Over Piercings, we’ll make sure to pack your order in a sturdy package so that your goods will reach you in proper condition. We use carton boxes and padded envelopes for our international shipments, to make sure that your order is handled with as much care as possible during transit. If you prefer a discrete packaging, that’s always possible of course! You can check this option during the ordering process, but we’ll tell you more about our package material below.

Not everyone needs to know where you get your awesome goods, we understand that completely. That’s why we offer the option to get your goods packed in a neutral, discrete package. Simply check the ‘discrete packaging’ option during the order process, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your order will be packed in a neutral carton box or padded envelope, without any logos or our company name. The address label is the same as with all our shipments, simple and neutral with only your address and our address, again, without any logos or our company name. Packages are protected so that your order arrives safely. We generally use the boxes and packages provided by UPS, DHL, USPS.
